Shipping Policy
We know you’re excited to receive your House of Lumiriam order, and we work to get every package on its way as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–36 hours. Once your order has shipped, most deliveries arrive within approximately 2 business days, where carrier service and destination allow.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order is on the way, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey to you.

Return Policy
Because each House of Lumiriam product is carefully prepared and packaged, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us promptly with photos showing the damage and the original packaging. Once the shipping damage is verified, we will gladly replace the affected item at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement, the product must be unused and remain in its original condition.
